The Petition can be disposed of by directing the SubDivisional Ofcer (SDO) to immediately take up the application for stay fled in the pending Revision Application and appropriate interim orders/ad-interim orders be passed within a period of one week from 27.08.2021.

The Petitioners to appear before the SDO on 27.08.2021. The Petitioners say that he will appear before the SDO on 27.08.2021 along with the copy of this order. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
