The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the application filed by the Applicant before the Additional Sessions Judge Nasik was dismissed for want of prosecution. In fact, there was some misunderstanding about the scheduled date and, therefore, the Advocate representing the Applicant had gone on the next date. However, the application was rejected. It is submitted that the application of the present Applicant deserves to be restored to its original status and to be heard along with the application filed by the Jayesh Saraf.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the scheduled date of the application of Jayesh Saraf is 7th of July, 2018. 3.
Hence, the application filed by the present Applicant be heard along with the said application on 7th July, 2018 and disposed of according to law. Applicant stands protected till 7th of July, 2018. The Learned Sessions Judge shall hear the same application as it has been restored to its original status. 4.
Application is disposed of. Parties to on an authenticated copy of the order.
