By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 222 days in filing the civil application. The applicants have explained the delay in paragraphs 10 to 13 in filing the civil application and also the reason for not removing office objections. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (A) & (B) on the condition that the applicants remove all office objections within two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. No order as to costs.

If all office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) on 4th October 2018 to stand restored and the second appeal to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
