The application of the Petitioner was rejected by the order dated 28 September 2020 on the ground that the Petitioner has not availed of the parole or furlough earlier. The learned APP states that this stipulation is now held to be invalid in the various decisions of this Court and therefore, the order would be withdrawn and a fresh order will be passed considering the case of the Petitioner as per law within a period of three weeks.

In the light of this statement, nothing survives in this Petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
