Both the applicants/accused and the complainant have settled the dispute between them and have filed consent terms dated 11.4.2016 signed by the applicant No.1 and the complainant as also their respective advocates. It is agreed in the consent terms that the applicant-accused shall pay the remaining amount of Rs.86,00,000/- by way of two installments, for which two post dated cheques are handed over to the complainant, who is present in the Court. It is agreed that an amount of Rs.43 lakhs will be paid by 29.3.2017 and the remaining Rs.43 lakhs will be paid by 29.3.2018. It is further agreed that the applicant-accused may file a petition for quashing the case and the No Objection of the 1 / 2

The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The undertaking given in the consent terms is accepted. 4.
