The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision is fled on 20th January 2020 with the respondent No1, but the same is not yet decided. 2.

Considering that the petitioner is seeking direction for deciding the revision, we pass the following order :

i) The respondent No.1 shall endeavour to decide the revision fled by the petitioner on its own merit after hearing all parties concerned within eight months from the date the Honourable Minister assumes charge.

ii) The writ petition is disposed of.
