The applicant has filed this civil application for seeking permission to serve the respondent by substituted service by pasting of notice on the premises, which is the last known address of the respondent according to the applicant. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and have perused the averments made in the civil application.

The applicant has made out a case for substituted service upon the respondent by pasting of notice on the premises which is the last known address of the respondent as averred in paragraph 4 of the civil application. The averments made in the civil application 1/2

58-cao176-16 are accepted. The applicant is permitted to serve the respondent by substituted service i.e. by pasting of notice through bailiff on the premises described in paragraph 4 of the civil application. The affidavit of service shall be filed by the applicant after the service is effected.

The civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
