This Application is moved for modification of order dated 1st December, 2014 passed by this Court. The condition of attendance on 3 days, i.e., Monday, Wednesday and Saturday in a week is prayed to be modified and the applicant/accused be exempted from appearing the concerned police station.

It is informed by learned APP that investigation is complete. It is mentioned that the applicant/accused never misused the liberty given by this Court and he is a student of F.Y. B.Sc. Considering this, condition no. (ii) is relaxed. The applicant/accused need not attend the police station but shall attend all the Court dates whenever the matter is scheduled. 4.
