DATE : 16 DECEMBER 2021 P.C. :- This Petition is filed seeking Emergency (Covid-19) Parole. Same has been rejected by the impugned order dated 19 September 2020. The impugned order states that since the Petitioner has not been granted parole or furlough earlier, his case for Emergency Parole cannot be considered. The learned Public Prosecutor states that this stipulation has been held to be invalid in the various decisions of this Court and in law thereof, the order dated 8 May 2021 will be withdrawn and fresh order will be passed as per law within a period of three weeks from today.

In view of this statement, nothing survives in this Petition which is accordingly disposed of.
