Having heard Mr.Kadam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Kejriwal, learned APP, and having gone through the report of the District Judge - 8, Additional Sessions Judge, Pune forwarded by the Principal District Judge and Sessions Judge vide letter dated 11th September, 2015, we deem it convenient to dispose of the petition by directing the learned District Judge -8, Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, to expedite the trial of the special case No.32 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is expected that the accused and the prosecution shall cooperate with the trial and shall not claim unnecessary adjournments. 3.

In the light of the above order, the writ petition stands disposed of.
