By order dated 17th July, 2015 the above writ petition has been allowed. There is a typographical error which has occurred in the order dated 17th July, 2015.

In paragraph 8, in the last line of the order instead of "prayer clause (b)", the word "prayer clause (a)" has been wrongly typed. Hence, the last line of paragraph 8 is corrected to read as : " Hence petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and subject FIR is quashed qua the Petitioner only".
