The learned senior counsel for the Petitioners submits that they may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file revision application. He submits that they requires some time to file revision application and in the meanwhile, the Respondent State may be directed to not to take any coercive action against them. 3.

The learned senior counsel for the Petitioners submits that the advocate on record has given in writing to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file revision application. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The same is accepted. Hence, the following order:

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

b.

The Respondents are directed not to take any coercive action against Petitioners till 04/10/2021 on the basis of the impugned order. c.

No order as to costs.
