The above Civil Application No.1005 of 2017 is taken out by the Advocate for the Applicants to bring the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1 on record. The Learned Advocate for the Appellant states that in view of the strained relations, he came to know about the demise of Respondent No.1 only when the Advocate for the Respondent No.4 mentioned about the demise of Respondent No.1 in Court on 20.06.2017.

For the reasons set out in the Civil Application No.1005 of 2017, the said Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). 3.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. 4.

The above Civil Application No.1005 of 2017 is accordingly disposed off. 5.

Advocate Mr. Mr.P.B. Shah appearing for the Respondent Nos.1-A-I to 1-AV, 1-B, 1-C, 2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 3 and Advocate Mr. P.D. Dalvi appearing for the Respondent No.4 waives service.
