Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 6th January, 2015.

Mr. Saste, the learned APP having taken instructions from the Senior Officer, makes a statement that the said complaint of the petitioner has been inquired into and the conclusion was arrived at that the dispute raised by the petitioner is of civil nature. The petitioner is accordingly informed. In support of his submission, he has produced communication dated 5th February, 2016 by the Police Inspector (Crime), Agripada Police Station to the petitioner. 1/2
32-wp-2784.2015 We have perused the same. The same supports the contention of the learned APP. In the above circumstances, we find that the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy available. We are therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
