By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct Respondent No.1 to hear and decide the Application dated 12th January, 2007 made by the Petitioner for regrant of the said lands under Section 20(2) of the said Code, taking into consideration the Orders passed by the concerned Deputy Collector / Sub Divisional OfÏcer / Tahsildar in similar cases enumerated in paragraph No. 9 above, within such time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;

(b) any other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, be granted to the Petitioner."

Learned AGP has stated that the Application filed by the Petitioner is pending since long and therefore appropriate direction may be given by this Court. In view thereof, we direct that the Application filed by

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 4.
