This is an application for condonation of delay of 8 days in filing the Review Petition. Rule was issued on 26/11/2014. Office remark shows that sole respondent is served and to that effect, affidavit of service dated 12/12/2014 is filed. None appears for the respondent. No reply is filed opposing the application. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed. Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Office is directed to register the Review Petition, if it is otherwise ready.
