Heard Ms.Suvarna Telgote, learned Counsel for the petitioners.

Ms. Telgote has tendered a photo-copy of the communication dated 12.10.2018 addressed by M/s.J.J. Constructions to Shri R.R. Salvi, Advocate instructing him to withdraw the Petitions on the ground that the parties have amicably settled their disputes out of Court. The photocopy of said communication dt 12.10.2018 is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. Ms. Telgote states that Ms. Ameya Ponkshe, the representative of Jalan Infra Realty is present in the Court today. She has tendered photo-copies of her PAN Card and Aadhaar Card, which are taken on record and marked 'B collectively', for identification. Ms.Telgote, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw these Petitions.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Ms.Telgote, the Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn and are disposed of as such. Rule is discharged in all the petitions. No order as to costs.
