Mr. Dave, the learned advocate for the petitioners states that the original proceedings out of which the present petition challenging an interim order arises, have been disposed off. In that case, the petition will not survive. The same is accordingly disposed off.

Mr. Dave also points out that pursuant to the order dated 25th July, 2008 the petitioner had deposited an amount of Rs.23,54,328.20 ps. in the State Bank of India. In view of disposal of the writ petition the petitioner is at liberty to withdraw that amount along with interest accrued thereon. [Smt. R. P. SondurBaldota, J.]
