Ms. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks leave to amend the petition so as to remove "Exhibit B" i.e. pages 13, 14 and 15. Leave as prayed for, is granted. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petition is filed seeking direction to respondent to forthwith take congnizance of the complaint dated 2nd July, 2015, made by the petitioner. Mrs. Kejriwal, learned APP having taken instructions from the officer concerned, makes a statement that, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, NC has been registered and Shubhada S Kadam 1/2
Sr.No.41 WP 2785.15 the petitioner has been communicated accordingly. The statement is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
In the above circumstances, in our view, if the petitioner is aggrieved, she is at liberty to file a private complaint before the concerned magistrate.

In the light of the above order, the petition stands dismissed.
