Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks time to file additional affidavit in support of the petition to place on record the copy of the earlier Caste Certificate issued to him. Learned counsel for the petitioner also undertakes to mention in the affidavit the date on which the earlier Caste Certificate is submitted to the Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee. 2.
Additional Affidavit shall be filed before the next date with copy to other side, well in advance. 3.
Stand over to 13/03/2020.

Later on, in the second session this matter is again mentioned by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. He states that because of the subsequent development i.e. V.B.Gokhale
36-wp-2216-19 passing of the order by the Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee on 06/12/2019, nothing survives in the Petition and the same is rendered infructuous. This statement is accepted.
