The petitioner's contention is that an application dated 12/2/2015 was forwarded to the Collectorate, Kolhapur for grant of license for running Video Game Amusement Parlour. It is contended that so far the said application is kept pending without passing any order on the same. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions from the police officer, who is present in the court, submits that the Superintendent of Police forwarded his opinion to the Collector in respect of the subject matter of the application filed by the petitioner.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, we observe that if the said application dated 12/2/2015 filed by the petitioner is still pending with the Collector, Kolhapur, then appropriate order be passed on the same and preferably within four weeks from today. 4.
