DATE: AUGUST 12, 2021 P.C.:- 1] Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the appellant - Insurance Company had circulated the present appeal for withdrawal by way of a praecipe. In view of the prayer made in the praecipe, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

2] Needless to clarify that as the appeal stood dismissed as withdrawn, the claimants will be entitled to move for withdrawal of the amount which prayer be dealt with forthwith.

3] If the prayer for refund of the Court Fee is made, the same be processed in accordance with law.
