Heard Mr. Punde, learned Counsel for petitioners and Mr. Tapkir, learned Counsel for respondent.

Mr. Punde has tendered letter dated 06.06.2016 addressed by the petitioners to him. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr. Punde states that on 03.01.2016, sole respondent expired leaving behind Mr. Vinod D. Kulkarni as her only heir. In the letter, it is stated that petitioners have amicable settled their dispute with Mr. Vinod D. Kulkarni, out of Court. Petitioners have also received possession of the suit property, and therefore, do not intend to prosecute the Petition and requested Mr. Punde to withdraw the Petition. 4.

In view thereof, Mr. Punde seeks permission to withdraw this Petition. On the motion made by Mr. Punde, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs. Order accordingly.
