The learned counsel for the respondent No.2 College states under instructions that the respondent No.2 College is ready and willing to admit all the four petitioners to the 4th year B. Arch course and that upon payment of fees by the petitioners within one week from today, all the four petitioners will be granted admission to the 4th year B. Arch course with ATKT in aggregate four subjects of second and/or third year of the B. Arch course. In view of the above statement, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek leave to withdraw the petition. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
