By these Petitions the Petitioners are praying to be released on Emergency (Covid-19) Parole.

In these matters, the learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that the relief sought for in these Petitions has already been granted so far as the Petitioners have been released on the Emergency (Covid-19) Parole. The learned Public Prosecutor has circulated a chart of matters regarding Emergency Parole which are listed on board today and it is stated in the chart that these Petitioners have been released on Emergency (Covid-19) Parole. 4.

In the light of this statement, these Petitions do not survive and they are disposed of accordingly. SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.
