Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner and perused the impugned order dated 23.12.2016 passed by the Registrar, (Judicial-I), dismissing the Petition for non-supply of copies of Petition within the period prescribed.

Considering the cause assigned, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) on condition that the Applicant shall furnish the requisite number of copies within one week from the date of this Waghmare 1/2
