Leave to amend. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Reverification is dispensed with. 3.

Affidavit dated 09.06.2022 is filed by Respondent No. 2. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 4.

The Applicant as well as Respondent No. 2 are present in Court. Respondent No. 2 confirms the statement and obligations made in her affidavit especially in respect of the contents of paragraph 13 thereof, inter alia, pertaining to the articles and belongings which were earlier lying in the custody of of the opposite party. The Applicants also confirm the statements mentioned in the affidavit filed by Respondent

In view of the above Criminal Application stands disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) of the Application which reads as under: "(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass appropriate writ, order and direction directing the Respondents to forthwith correct the entries made by them on the software installed by them in respect of the FIR against the Petitioner being the FIR No. 164 of 2015 registered under the provisions of Section 279 of IPC read with the provisions of sections 338 and 427 of IPC by way of removing the name of the Petitioner on the said record on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
