After arguing for sometime, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this Petition, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Petition. 2.
Permission is granted.

The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such.

If, the non-bailable warrant is pending against the Petitioner; it is stayed for a period of three weeks from today. In the meantime, the Petitioner can approach the trial Court to get the warrant cancelled.
