By this First Appeal appellant Insurance Company is challenging the judgment and award dated 1.10.2014 passed by MACT, Thane in MACP No.801 of 2010 to the extent of Rs.18,05,606/- with accrued interest.

The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that they filed First Appeal only on the basis of quantum and negligence.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the Mohite 1/2

b. The Appellant to file private paper book within two years from today, with copy to other side, failing which the First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
