The petitioner's grievance is that he was illegally detained and thereafter he was produced before the Court. He filed a complaint through an Advocate. Learned APP submits that such complaints are dealt with by adopting in-house mechanism by superior police officers. The matter relates to DCP Zone-VII.

The petitioner may file a comprehensive representation addressed to the concerned DCP within two weeks from today. If such a representation is received, the DCP shall look into the grievance of the petitioner.
