Considering that the C.R. is of the year 2019 and the offence invoke being Section 353 of IPC is punishable with maximum imprisonment of five years, let the Investigating Officer issue a notice u/s.41(A) of Cr.P.C to the applicant. Upon receipt of such notice, he shall report to the Investigating Officer and if at all the Investigating Officer is desirous of effecting his arrest, he shall give 48 hours notice. Tilak
