Mr. Keluskar, the learned counsel for the Petitioners states that both the petitioners have expired. He further states that he has received instructions from the son of Petitioner No.2, Ashok Bajpai that the parties have already settled the dispute and thus the petition is rendered infructuous. In view of death of Petitioner Nos.1 and 2, the petition has already abated. Further in view of the statement made by Mr. Keluskar, nothing survives in the petition. It is accordingly disposed of.
