This is an application for bringing legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record in the present Appeal from Order. It is stated that, the respondent No.1 i.e. Govindram Girdharidas Bajaj passed away on 30th December 2018. There is a delay of 80 days in filing the present Civil Application.

Perusal of the application and other record would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of aforestated delay and for allowing the application.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today and an amended copy of the Appeal be served upon the learned Advocate for the newly added respondents within the same stipulated period..
