Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 29th November 2016, the Assistant Superintendent, Civil Court, Dindori has submitted a report dated 8th December 2016 recording that he had explained the contents of the consent terms to the parties in Marathi language and made an endorsement to that effect on the said document. According to the said report, the said document of the consent terms is signed and executed before him. Parties had made their signatures and thumb impressions thereon. Photographs of the concerned parties are also affixed thereon. Report dated 8th December 2016 submitted by the Assistant Superintendent, Civil Court, Dindori is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing for the parties have tendered consent terms duly attested by the Assistant Superintendent, Civil Court, Dindori on 24th October 2016.

The consent terms along with annextures thereto are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Undertakings in the consent terms, if any, are accepted.

Second appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. In view of the second appeal, civil application for stay does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.

Office is directed to issue certified copy of this order along with consent terms and annextures thereto expeditiously. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
