1] The present Petition is filed by the Intervenor since it is alleged that there is breach of undertaking given to this Court which was recorded in the order dated 03.05.2019.

2] The bail order dated 03.05.2019 record that in order to prove the bonafide and without prejudice to the rights and contentions, the Applicant is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,00,000/- as per the schedule annexed alongwith the Affidavit-cum-Undertaking. 1/2
