Mr. A. M. Saraogi, learned Counsel for Petitioner, on basis of instructions from the Petitioner who is present in Court, states that the compensation amount of Rs.20,000/- per month from January 2014 till 31/08/2015 shall be deposited by the Petitioner in this Court within a period of two weeks from today after adjusting the amounts already paid in pursuance of the order dated 20/07/2015 made by this Court in this petition. The statement is accepted and the Petitioner is directed to deposit the said amount in this Court. 2.

The Revision Application No.309 of 2015 instituted by the Petitioner against the order dated 10/06/2015 made by the Competent Authority is scheduled for hearing on 27/08/2015. The same is directed to be heard on the appointed date or in any case, on URS

2 WP 7037-15.doc-917 or before 03/09/2015. The Revisional Authority is further directed to dispose of the Revision Application on its own merits and in accordance with law finally on or before 05/10/2015. 3.

Until the disposal of the Revision application by the Revisional Authority, there shall be stay on the execution order dated 10/06/2015 made by the Competent Authority.

The parties shall be at liberty to apply to this Court in the matter of the amounts deposited by the Petitioner, on the basis of the outcome of the Revision Application.

It is made clear this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and thereafter all contentions of all parties are kept open by the Revisional Authority.

Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.

All concerned to act on basis of authenticated copy of this order.
