No. 609/2023 dated 19th October, 2023, under Section 304A of the Indian Penal Code, with Worli Police Station, Mumbai. He further submitted that, the investigation of the said crime will be diligently conducted. 2) In view thereof, substantive relief prayed by the Petitioner is worked out.

3) Mr. Patil, learned counsel for Petitioner therefore on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. Leave granted.
