Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the interests of justice, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Village Panchayat, Zilla Parishad - Nashik, while taking any decision on such notice will grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and, if any order adverse to the petitioner's interest is passed, the same shall not be implemented for a period of 10 days from the date of communication of the same to the petitioner.
