Learned Counsel for the petitioner on written instructions of the petitioner vide letter dated 15 April 2022 and on the basis of the general body resolution dated 15 April 2022 and the further instructions of the representatives of the petitioner-society namely Mr.Suhas Naik, Secretary, Mr.Kashinath Kulkarni, Treasurer and Mr.Mohan Sawant, Chairman of the petitioner-society, who are stated to be present in the Court and identified by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw these petitions.

Allowed to be withdrawn.

Mr.Aditya Sashittal, learned Counsel for the interveners submits that the petitions ought not to be withdrawn by the petitioner. The interveners cannot come in the way of the petitioner withdrawing their petitions as it is open to the interveners to pursue any cause of action as accrued to them in independent proceeding as may be permissible in law. All contentions of the parties in that regard are expressly kept open.

The petitions are disposed of as withdrawn. No costs. 5.
In view disposal of the petitions, pending Interim Application(s) would not survive, the same are disposed of.
