Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court (Coram: A. M. Thipsay, J) vide order dated 1st August, 2014 had directed to the Applicant to attend the Court of learned Magistrate on every alternate Monday till the disposal of the case against him. Learned counsel further submits that applicant has attended the court dates regularly, hence, condition imposed by the court be 1/2

Learned APP objected to relax the condition.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, I pass following order.

The condition viz "the Applicant shall report to the Court of learned Magistrate on every alternate Monday till the disposal of the case against him" imposed on applicant by order dated 1st August, 2014 is relaxed.
