By this application, the applicant has sought leave to amend the cause title. The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that originally the suit was filed by the partnership firm through the partner Arun Sadashiv Sane. He has submitted that Arun Sadashiv Sane expired on 8th April, 2017, i.e. during the pendency of the second appeal. He submits that the legal heirs of said Arun Sane are the partners of the firm M/s. Sane Sardeshmukh Enterprises (the pps

4 (i) cas 998-17.doc appellant in the second appeal). He, therefore, seeks leave to amend the cause title so as to bring on record the other partners. The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection. Hence, the application is granted in terms of prayer clause (a). . Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
