The learned Counsel for the appellants submits that the suit structures are demolished by the Municipal Corporation during the pendency of these Appeals from Order and, therefore, both the Appeals have become infructuous. He further submits that the appellants will take appropriate steps in the Suits. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Municipal Corporation confirms the demolition.

In view of this submission, both the Appeals from Order are disposed of.

In view of disposal of both the Appeals from Order, Civil Applications do not survive and the same are accordingly disposed of.
