The grievance of Petitioner in his Application dated 22.04.2019 is that he be selected for open prison.

The Competent Authority has rejected the Application of Petitioner and therefore, Petitioner has raised the present grievance. In his Application, no details whatsoever have been given with respect to non-selection of Petitioner and rejection of his Application. 3.

In view of the above, Petitioner is at liberty to make an appropriate Application before the next Selection Committee as and when it will be constituted.
