The petitioner a convict seeks benefit of remission on account of 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. 2.

Learned APP submits that appraisal report under Section 432(2) of Cr.P.C. from 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik is still awaited.

We therefore direct that Court to expedite the action and to submit suitable appraisal report within four weeks after communication of this order to it.

After receipt of that report, competent authority shall take

Order be communicated to 5th Additional Sessions Judge at Nashik as also to prisoner in Jail.
