1] Learned Counsel appearing for petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to present the same before the appropriate bench of this Court, as the present petition as the impugned order dated 2nd July 2016 is passed by the Caste Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar Division, Nandurbar.

2] At the request of petitioner's Advocate, petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file the same before appropriate bench. Considering the urgency so expressed, as the petitioner received the

YBG 902-wp8027-16 copy of the impugned order dated 8th July 2016 and filed the present petition on 12th July 2016, to avoid further complications, we are inclined to observe that no coercive steps based upon the impugned order be taken for two weeks from today. Petition disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
