In this petition received through jail, petitioner Pravin claims benefit of remission on account of 125th birth anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Amebdkar. Learned APP upon instructions states that as the petitioner has already completed his term, he has been released finally from the prison. The nominal role received by the office of the learned PP from the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison is taken on record as Exh. A which shows that the prisoner was acquitted in appeal and therefore, he was released from the prison on 30/5/2019. In view of this position, we dispose of the present petition as infructuous.
