Having considered the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application seeking restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No. 35701 of 2013 we are of the view that there was justified reason for non compliance of the office objection within time. In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Application and restore the Writ Petition (St.) No. 35701 of 2013 to its original number.
