This is an application for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent no.1.

The Respondent no.1 passed away on 24th April 2020. The present application has been taken out on 19th August 2021.

Due to Covid pandemic, the Supreme Court has kept in abeyance the limitation period from 15th March 2020 to 28th February 2022. In view of this, there is no delay in filing the Interim Application.

The Applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs / representatives of deceased Respondent no.1 as set out in prayer clause (a).

Amendment to be carried out within 14 days from today. Amended copy to be served on the learned Advocate appearing for the Respondents.

The Interim Application is allowed in above terms with no order as to costs.
