The applicants, who are apprehending their arrest in C.R. No.347/2020, registered with Navpada Police Station, Thane, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, have filed the present applications. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have already deposited the alleged misappropriated amount and the transaction is of civil nature. 3.
Learned APP, on instructions, informs the Court that the investigation in this crime has completed, chargesheet is ready and the investigating agency is in the process of filing the same.

Upon perusal of the documents placed on record, it appears that the allegations were of the year 2018 and the FIR was lodged in the year 2020. The investigation is almost complete and within a couple of days the investigating agency will file the chargesheet. The applicants are on interim protection since the year 2020. This situation clearly indicates that the applicants' arrest in the crime is not necessary. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
(i) In the event of arrest, the applicant - Preeti Sham Wahalekar in ABA(St) No.5095/2020 and applicant - Madhuri Govind Sonar in ABA(St) No.4665/2020 shall be released on bail in C.R. No.347/2020, registered with Navpada Police Station, Thane, on executing a P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- each and furnishing one or more sureties of the like amount;
(ii) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence;
(iii) The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and attend the police station, as and when required by the Investigation Officer, and to co-operate with the trial court for the expeditious disposal of the case;
(iv) The applicants shall furnish the details of their residential address, along with mobile number, to the concerned Investigating Officer, and the learned trial court.

The applications are allowed in the aforestated terms. Pending interim applications, if any, also stand disposed of. (R.N. LADDHA, J.)
