2] It is stated in the application that Mr. Vasant Kharat, petitioner in writ petition no. 3341 of 2005, has expired. Prayers in the application are for condonation of delay in preferring the present application for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Vasant Kharat on record and the second prayer is that they be allowed to bring the legal heirs of Vasant Kharat on record.

4] Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.

5] Civil application is disposed of.

6] Place the writ petition for final hearing on 26th July 2018.
